- Yes it is. You insert it onto your page using {{Cross That Bridge|name=me...etc}}. It's just that this page doesn't have any notes on how to use the template, so all that's there is the code for the ribbon which just shows up as, well, a ribbon. -- Benjw 05:06, 6 August 2010 (UTC)
