I wanted to go to Mannheim this week anyway, so this was the perfect opportunity, even though I'm on a rather tight schedule this week and only had time for a quick expedition. I took a train to Mannheim main station and walked from there - a rather uneventful walk. I arrived at the IBM office building and found the coordinates at the outside, at least within a few meters. I could have called it a success, but my GPS still pointed towards the building. So I did the only reasonable thing: I snuck inside and looked for the room with the coordinates, which turned out to be the employee cafeteria. I quickly to a picture of me grinning stupidly and left again.

Expedition

I wanted to go to Mannheim this week anyway, so this was the perfect opportunity, even though I'm on a rather tight schedule this week and only had time for a quick expedition. I took a train to Mannheim main station and walked from there - a rather uneventful walk. I arrived at the IBM office building and found the coordinates at the outside, at least within a few meters. I could have called it a success, but my GPS still pointed towards the building. So I did the only reasonable thing: I snuck inside and looked for the room with the coordinates, which turned out to be the employee cafeteria. I quickly took a picture of me grinning stupidly and left again.
