Awesome story dude, seriously.  Be proud of your accomplishment and supporting a charity that means a lot to you.  Best of luck in the ME - I love watching that tourney every year and frequently re-watch them over and over again.  Just remember, it's a sprint, not a marathon!  --[[User:FireTrophy|FireTrophy]] 20:07, 4 March 2012 (EST)

I'm originally from Chicago and have been within a block of that spot many times, driving back and forth on Garfield... thanks for bringing back memories! --OtherJack 8:41pm EST, Friday March 2

Haha, congratulations! On all accounts! -- relet 12:45, 4 March 2012 (EST)

Yeah, that's amazing... will you actually be on TV?? Also, there are some really bad neighborhoods not far from there, so don't feel bad about your hesitation, and congrats for going and getting the hash anyway. I'm actually from a suburb myself (Evanston) but all my relatives lived in the city, so I knew it pretty well growing up. And yeah, a Chicago area meetup should happen next time I'm back (probably around Christmas.) Seems like there's been a few other folks in the area who have geohashed recently, if you're following the current events page. --OtherJack 15:52, 4 March 2012 (EST)
