Memphis is right in the bottom corner of two graticules: 35N 89W and 35N 90W, so I'm very close to four graticules total, which is convenient. Lately the [[Oxford, Mississippi|Oxford]] graticule has had better opportunities, so check out that page for updates and stuff. Most of these graticules are currently virgin and relatively inactive, because not many people in this area are into outdoorsing. I'm sure there's a few though, so please contact me if you want to go exploring and whatnot! About Me
Hi everyone, my name's Connor, and I live in Memphis. I just recently started Geohashing and have already reached a few hash points! It was lots of fun, and I'm pretty stoked for more adventuring.
Memphis is right in the bottom corner of two graticules: 35N 89W and 35N 90W, so I'm very close to four graticules total, which is convenient. Lately the Oxford graticule has had better opportunities, so check out that page for updates and stuff. Most of these graticules are currently virgin and relatively inactive, because not many people in this area are into outdoorsing. I'm sure there's a few though, so please contact me if you want to go exploring and whatnot! The other users listed on the Memphis page don't seem to be active...
Unfortunately, most of the land here is farmland owned by what I (probably incorrectly) assume are crotchety southern farmers with little patience for trespassers, so I'm pretty sure most of my attempts will end up with the "No Trespassing" Consolation Prize. At least that will earn me an achievement.
Anyway, yeah. Fun stuff.
