For a second, [[User:Haberdasher|Haberdasher]] thought that the hashpoint was behind a shopping center, but further investigation brought us to an elementary school. It was 5 PM, so few cars were left and the place was basically deserted. We walked around the school parking lot in circles, with a few false starts and some worry that the hashpoint would be behind the barbed wire fence dividing the school from a residential neighborhood. We then followed a sidewalk around the building to arrive at another parking lot and a playground. After a brief discussion of the legality and creepiness of entering an empty school playground in the evening, we proceeded, did a few loops around the playground, ended up in between the playground and a small track and within spitting distance of a worn red bench, did the GPS dance, and finally reached the hashpoint. We then proceeded onward, our shoes muddy but our souls triumphant.

For a second, Haberdasher thought that the hashpoint was behind a shopping center, but further investigation brought us to an elementary school.
