Quickly succumbing to its force of attraction they entered the hashpoint's coordinates into the satnav and surrendered themselves to technology. Big city lights and factories' bright spotlights passing by they cruised out of Düsseldorf, ever northwards. Passing Duisburg, and then some smaller towns they finally arrived near the pasture where the hashpoint was located. They parked the car next to the road and went the last couple hundred meters by foot, startling some cows which where grazing nearby. At exactly midnight they took some photos, attempted a stupid grin and quickly made their way back to the car, as those cows where looking more dangerously by the minute. Somewhat weary they made their way back to Düsseldorf.

Plans

As the geohashers were spending the weekend abroad in Düsseldorf, they decided to go for a midnight geohash in Germany, so they wouldn't have to bother with sunday's geohash anymore when they would travel back to Austria the next afternoon.

Expedition

After an action-packed day and already having checked out one hashpoint a couple hours before, they went for a hearty dinner before taking off into the night to check out another hashpoint. As their trusty old hashmobile was taking a rest at the hashcave in Vienna, its younger, bigger, thirstier and more badass german cousin came to the rescue.
