Are we supposed to figure out from the code what this does, or is there an explanation somewhere? As I see it, the main problem is that graticules are too big for those of us who prefer to travel by bicycle or bus. The lack of activity in recent months seems consistent with this hypothesis. -- Ford | Are we supposed to figure out from the code what this does, or is there an explanation somewhere? So, how do we feel about making a section for a rundown of hash attempts being made on hashes that are known in advanced? (ie: weekends.) Rather than wait for an answer, I'm going to post a new section for this. Redsai 15:11, 30 May 2008 (UTC)
Hey guys, I just made Template:GraticuleQ, if you're interested. I had your cities specifically in mind when doing it (see the examples!) --Matty K 13:35, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
Are we supposed to figure out from the code what this does, or is there an explanation somewhere? As I see it, the main problem is that graticules are too big for those of us who prefer to travel by bicycle or bus. The lack of activity in recent months seems consistent with this hypothesis. -- Ford
- If you just click the link, it shows you what it does. I quote: A more awesome version of Template:Graticule, designed for cities that occupy four adjacent graticules. It just displays the map and neighbouring graticules, as per Template:Graticule. On the page there is an example which (as I mentioned above) is Twin Cities, Minnesota, including both the code you'd have to copy-and-paste and the resulting display. Sorry for not checking back earlier. --Matty 10:28, 30 November 2008 (UTC)
