What are the odds that the hashpoint would fall in the same town, within walking distance of where I live, twice in as many weeks? WolframAlpha says 0.3%, so it looks like I've gotten lucky.
I was planning on leaving at 3, but just then it started to rain. I would have pushed through it and went anyway, but the forecast said it would be done in an hour, and they were right.
Arrived at the point at 5. On the whole walk, there and back, it felt like it was going to start raining again at any moment, like the heavens were holding back.
