Plans
I will drive to Germerode after my early shift and will do a little hike through the forest - arriving at 2:30 pm.
Expedition
As planned, I drove to Germerode after work and parked my car at the side of the road and walked only a few hundred meters to the hash. The OSMap didn't show any paths, but to my surprise there was an old trail, leading directly to the hash. The path isn't used by humans anymore, but obviously preferred by wild boars and deers, since I found a lot of 'signs' of the species here... There also was this certain smell, when you recognize this is an area where many wild boars are around! So, I went step by step carefully, listening and watching for any boars, but luckily I didn't encounter any of them!
After only a few minutes I located the hash and took the evidence that I needed. This again was quite an easy one - no long hike, no going deep into the forest, no mountain climbing etc., and this helped me a lot on the november statistics! Tomorrow's hash(es) are way too far away from my homezone, so I will wait what december will offer!
