The Oahu East graticule is at latitude 21, longitude -157. It includes the eastern half of the Oahu and includes Pearl Harbor Naval Base, Honolulu, and Kaneohe. It also includes the western half of the island of Milokai. This graticule is mostly ocean and Pearl Harbor Naval Base and other military installations may limit available geohashes.
