The Cleveland graticule is at latitude 41, longitude -81. It includes the Greater Cleveland Metropolitan area, Akron, and the schools of: Baldwin-Wallace College, Case Western Reserve, Cleveland State, John Carroll, University of Akron and Kent State University.
In the likely event that a date's geohash is over Lake Erie, it is recommended that the shoreline point directly south be used instead. Additionally, you can aim for a Water Geohasher award by preparing a boat for your fellow geohashers at this point and then travel to your Water Geohash.
Also keep in mind the radio frequency Radio_Communications GMRS channel 6, this will work on most consumer available radios with selectable frequencies. Helpful if the Hash is in a hard to find location, or if you don't have a GPS.
