In Dongen, a small village between Breda en 's-Hertogenbosch.

This was my first expedition into Rotterdam, Netherlands (51,4), living in Eindhoven, Netherlands (51,5).
Looking at the hashpoint in street view, the hash was located on a parking lot of a company. Maybe a possibility for the ambassedor achievement?
There was a fence, but is was open on the photo in Google Maps.
