Plans

This one seems pretty easy. Despite being Sunday, the Trento-Riva del Garda intercity bus line is one of the best served, with several runs in each direction during the afternoon. From the bus stop north of Dro, it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to reach the hash, take picture and go back. Only the weather might complicate things- it's been raining for a couple days here, and things don't really seem likely to improve. I'll probably leave from Trento station at 4 pm to get back around 6.30 pm. Going to try to get a couple of achievements too!

Expedition

So my first adventure outside of my graticule wasn't quite as challenging as I had hoped. In fact, out of 5 explorations, this is probably the most boring one. I set up for Dro at 4pm, after I attended a family lunch. Dropped off the bus just north of the town, the stop was actually very close to the location. Not even five minutes and I got to the hash, documented with some photos and headed back to the bus stop.

I had estimated around 20 minutes to complete my quest but I was in fact done much earlier, so I decided to walk to Dro and take the bus from there. Despite my detour I still had to wait more than twenty minutes for the bus back, which was actually pretty late.

At least I met a nice guy who sat next to me on the bus and we had a good talk during the journey.

On a side note

While I was on my quest yesterday, the roof in a station in northern Trentino collapsed and five buses (which were empty, luckily) got smashed. I felt kind of thankful to the DOW for not putting my hash in that area. I would have passed through there had I gone to Thursday's hash.
