I probably set out from my home in Brunswick, definitely on my mountain bike. Trains may have been used some of the way. I made it to the corder of Ryan's Lane and Queensbury Road without anything notable happening. Queensury road may have been a road once, and sattelite imagery implied it was. It had more fences and cacti that I'd put on a road though, none the less I followed the bumpy route along the tree lined fence.

I reached the end of the trees and about 20m from the hash I found some large equipments moving some earth around. A ute drove towards me and a grumpy farmer told me off for scaring his cows. NB: I'm writing this up 9 years late, so some of the details are a little foggy but others I can report with extreme confidence. Unfortunately all photos have been lost but they did exist.

I apologised and explained, he asked me to leave. I apologised again, accepted the failure and started heading away from the hash.

"WAIT!" he yelled out. "Take your photo before you leave". So I found the hash point, took some photos and colllected GPS proof. Geohash success! I then rode off down the much shorter and better maintained driveway. I didn't make it far down the driveway before I discovered a flat tyre. I tried to keep riding on the flat to get away from the grumpy-yet-permissive farmer but it was no use. I lingered on his land for a few more minutes while I fixed the flat then escaped.

After that I probably went home.
