In Hamburg, I explored the districts of Finkenwerder, Neuenfelde, and Cranz by bike, getting a good impression of the giant fruit plantations in the Old Country (''Altes Land''). Afterward, I cycled through Hamburg Harbour, Europe's third-busiest port, getting great views of the heavy industry and the Elbe river. Then I took another ferry, which gave me amazing views of the skyline of Hamburg from the water during sunset and of the famous ''Köhlbrandbrücke''. You don't always notice it, but Hamburg can be a truly spectacular city.

Expedition

Another very convenient geohash, on a residential street only 800 m from Norderstedt Mitte station. I was passing by anyway, just took one train earlier and then cycled 1.4 km. The hash lay at the edge of the street, right next to the entryway to the house. After taking photos, I laid an X on the ground with sticks in case MikroKosmos showed up later and then cycled back to Norderstedt Mitte. Whole expedition took barely 15 minutes.

In Hamburg, I explored the districts of Finkenwerder, Neuenfelde, and Cranz by bike, getting a good impression of the giant fruit plantations in the Old Country (Altes Land). Afterward, I cycled through Hamburg Harbour, Europe's third-busiest port, getting great views of the heavy industry and the Elbe river. Then I took another ferry, which gave me amazing views of the skyline of Hamburg from the water during sunset and of the famous Köhlbrandbrücke. You don't always notice it, but Hamburg can be a truly spectacular city.
