About
West of Monroe and quite close to Lord Hill Park. Just south of this house.
Participants
FTC
Nukewaste and Lady Pennywhistle are having lunch at the Space Needle, then going to the SAM, probably around 1 or 2 PM, then up to the U district, to tour the Henry and the Burke, and whatever else is up there. Subject to change. And FTC stands for First Thursday Club, FYI. And FYI stands for For Your Information, BTW. And... blech.
- I'd kind of like to check out MOHAI. I assume Nuke and Lady are using the bus to get around, and I'm not sure it's close to a bus route... --Thomcat 14:00, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
- Missed MOHAI - October perhaps. Kids wanted one last swimming pool visit this summer. --Thomcat 14:34, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

3:00 saw me filling my tank, but made it to the spot by 3:30. South of the indicated house was another, and this spot was a short hike off their driveway into heavy trees, sticker bushes, and spider webs. I had a devil of a time getting satellite reception, and at one point stood still for 5 minutes waiting for signals. I have two GPS photos - one on the longitude, the other from last point I had reception.
I didn't have a measuring device with me, but I don't think I traversed more than half those 22 meters. Even if I had, I wouldn't have a GPS photo to prove it. I'm going to assess this one a failure of technology (although Mother Nature shares the blame).
