Location
A very cold, very wet parking lot behind a warehouse in South Bound Brook, NJ
Participants
Jevanyn, Kyukket, and a tow truck driver.
Plans
After a men's group meeting broke up around 9:15, I planned on driving to the geohash, taking a couple of pics, and leaving.
Expedition
Unfortunately, I didn't plan on my battery dying. Did I mention it was cold? Yeah, about 45°F and drizzling.
Fortunately, I wasn't half a mile out in the woods or something. Also to my good luck, Kyukket was planning on coming over that night after a Masons meeting in Metuchen, so I was on his way.
Unfortunately, his car didn't have enough oomph to jump my van.
Fortunately, I had the number for Chevrolet roadside assistance, since I'd bought the car new.
Unfortunately, I'd bought the car more than 5 years ago, so the roadside assistance wasn't free.
Fortunately, the tow truck driver was able to find the place.
Unfortunately, we had to wait 45 minutes for him to get there.
Fortunately, the Phillies-Dodgers game was ongoing at the same time.
Unfortunately, we didn't think of it until after the tow truck guy jump-started the van.
Fortunately, I got pictures, see below.
Unfortunately, it was dark, so the pictures suck.
