Geohash was three miles from work, so I'd made plans to hop on an extra bus or two to get there. I had plans to go to a friend's house that night for a barbecue, but without the car I was going to be really late anyway, and they weren't expecting me.

At around lunchtime, though, another friend MikeO texted me to let me know he had his car for the evening, and did I need a lift to the barbecue? Sure, do you mind a five-minute side-trip to the geohash? Geohash? Cool, let's go!
