I was writing up 2014-06-22 45 -123 in a coffeeshop in Newberg, and happened to check where today's point was in the 45 -122 graticule. I hadn't given this one a second thought when it came out on Friday, because it was obviously inaccessible, but when I saw it this time it was less than a mile from where I was sitting. So, I did a quick drive-by to wave at the hashpoint.

It would have been great if the arborist had been having a garage sale or an open house, but no. So, I took a quick picture and pointed myself homeward.

Achievements

Though I didn't realize it at the time, it was my first expedition to Yamhill County! I've now gone geohashing in 31 of Oregon's 36 counties (27 with successes).
