Location
Marathonweg, near VIenna's main soccer stadium.
Participants
The Plan
It was already 20:00 (8 p.m.) when I checked today's coordinates and saw that it was not only within Vienna's city limits, but even on a public street, only a few hundred meters from a subway station. I put my skating shoes on and took off.
The Expedition
Subway U2 to "Stadion". There was a game going on (Rapid Wien won 3:1 against Galatasaray Istanbul, as I later found out). A few minutes skating to Marathonweg, another 1 or 2 minutes to the geohashing point. I took a few pictures. Then about 4 km to U2 Praterstern. track on google drive
Really too easy.
