Met with old school friends (two of whom were predictably late) at the Horton Inn. Began walking the 3km as the crow flies towards the point. As we neared the field where the Geohash was located it became clear we would need to cross and a flooded and fast flowing stream, not stuff for the weak of heart. Luckily came across a small footbridge into the field. We then ran over the farmers new shoots (plant unknown) so as not to spend too long in his field, as farmers unlikely to understand the importance of this expedition. Photos were taken at the point then we swiftly retreated from the field than back to the pub for lunch. | Met with old school friends (two of whom were predictably late) at the Horton Inn.
