The geohash is in a high density housing area in Erfurt.

The Expedition

We went to Erfurt by train, which is now 30min due to the new fast ICE track. In Erfurt, we took a tram to Wiesenbühl, some kind of high density housing area. The geohash was about 380m from the tram station, in front of some houses. Of course, I took the usual photographs, but the area was not very impressive.

After reaching the geohash, we visited the city of Erfurt. We had a nice lunch and visited the Erfurt Cathedral. It is located on a hill and is very prominent in the city.

We headed back to the central station through the city and took a very crowded ICE to Halle.
