Planning
I will be in Stuttgart over the weekend for an orchestra rehearsal. My hotel is the "Münchner Hof", about 350 meters north-west of the hashpoint (750 m on foot) at the corner Neckarstr/Rieckestr, the rehearsal is about 700-800 meters south-east. This makes for a very simple plan: just walk from one place to the other with barely any detour, probably around 09:30/09:45. I will probably not reach the hashpoint, as it is in the backyard of a residential building.
My other plan is the hashpoint for 2019-08-24 48 9 (Saturday) which is in Altbach, just behind Esslingen and not far from a train station. I think I can fit it in my schedule at around 12:30 but I might not go in the end.
Expedition
The original report (written in the two weeks after the expedition, I think it was during the following weekend) was lost during the Dark Ages, only the "planning" part (from 2019-08-23) seems to have been included in a backup. As far as I remember:
Just like planned, I walked from the hotel to the hashpoint (with both my suitcase and my trumpet case) and just like I thought, the exact coordinates were in the backyard so I couldn't reach them. I couldn't even take pictures easily, because a neighbor from across the street was standing outside and watching me, probably because "all strangers are criminals". I had to walk further along the street, wait a while and then come back when he was back inside.
