as today's hash was in my hometown (village/suburb) I knew I would go there since the coordinates had been published on Friday. Then on Saturday I got an email from rkschlotte asking me if we should meet there in the evening and so we did. After trying to get as close to the hash coordinates as possible we took a couple of photos and had a good chat about Hashing and Geocaching. Then a young girl came along with her scooter and asked us what we were doing. How do you explain something as crazy as Geohashing to someone that young when it already sounds total nuts when you explain it to an adult? We settled on telling her that this was a very special location today and that these special locations are in different places every day. It seemed that she was happy with this explanation and the fact that something special had happened close to her home.
