Expedition
Today, it all turned out different than expected. I would get a wood delivery (yes, I still live quite primitiv and can only warm my house with wood - so, no gas, no oil, no nothing, just some stoves to make fire in the kitchen and my living room)... But, the guy came later than expected and agreed on, so 12:30 pm he brought me some 4 meters of heavy beech and I started to move all the wood into my barn, which took me some two and a half hours (and caused me some serious pain my back!)... After I finished, I cleaned up before the house, had a little break and changed clothes - to finally go for the hash! Sorry for bothering you with this hehe...
So, short before 4 pm I arrived in Motzerode, parked my car and walked some 800 meters to the hash, which was indeed in the forest, on not on the field, which was secured with an electric fence so I wouldn't be able to get on it. It had been raining and snowing here all day, but as I was at the hash location, suddenly the sun showed up through the clouds and I could even spot a slightly blue sky above me. This didn't last too long though - it'll snow again this evening... I took some pics and walked back to my car and got home around 5 pm, drank a beer to relax and started writing this little story!
