Expedition
I meant to leave straight after work, but 18:30 had come and gone before I headed out towards this hash. Headed through to the north of Moe and took the route along the canal, which would've taken me all the way to Yarragon except in some misguided search for variety I thought I'd try my luck by heading south through some back roads. It was not a great choice; I found the roads didn't go through, and I ended up having to ride on the freeway shoulder for a kilometre or so.o
Back on quiet roads, I headed to the hash, up a steep pinch or two and up to another paddock on the side of the hill, where a short walk took me straight to the coordinates.
Heading back home along the flat, a fierce headwind sprung up, and I battled it for some time before I called Rhonda and the sag wagon to rescue me in Moe and save me the final climb home.
