• 2008-09-22 -41 174 First attempt, through a nice walk at the end of Wainuiomata. It failed because of a lack of technology and a lack of astronomical navigation skills.
• 2009-05-05 -41 174 Went with a Ninja Geohasher the incredibly short distance up the hill. Succeeded, collecting enough ribbons to supply a whole troop of monkeys' typewriters for a long time.
