The N35, W75 Graticule
This graticule contains one of the best wildlife refuges on the United States east coast - Alligator River. It is also home to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and the Pea Island NWR.
Beautiful creatures such as the American Black Bear, White-Tailed deer, the endangered Red Wolf, foxes, rabbits, and indigenous and migrating waterfowl call this graticule home.
Upcoming Expeditions
2009-02-21 - Geohash lands in the Alligator River NWR just off US64. Don't think we'll have to jump/swim/fly across a canal to get to it.
We'll be there just before 1600 local. Stopping by Buffalo City and Milltail Trail to do some Geotrashing. Look for red(neck) Nissan truck. Will have sodas and cookies - NCBears
