Camping geohash achievement

Rules would be simple:

   * reach the coordinates before sundown
   * camp out within 1km of the coordinates
   * stay at least until sunrise
   * you can use a tent, a box, build an iglu, or whatever shelter you want except pre-existing buildings or vehicles (no cars or camping vans).
