I vote for the facade looking cool, certainly cooler than the unadorned building would. I'm also impressed by the composition and clarity of your photographs. Most people's photos don't look very good in gallery/thumbnail view, but yours are so well framed and clear with good backgrounds that they all show up well. Someone on that expedition knows what he is doing with a camera.
