This hash point is in the back yard of a house in Smyrna. I knocked on the door and a woman named Nell answered the door. I explained, or attempted to explain Geohashing and asked for permission to access the back yard. Permission was granted.

From the Google map it looked like the hash point was in the back yard. Google maps was off. It turned out to be on their back porch. Since I had only asked for permission to access the back yard, I did not climb up the stairs to the back porch. I went under it and got to within 10 feet. Close enough.

I took a few pictures and left Nell information on how to find this website.
