The Google maps satellite view identified the hash as being in the middle of the carpark, but when I arrived, there was some building work going on, so it didn't look exactly as I'd expected. Nonetheless, I reached the exact spot easily enough, and took a couple of photos. You can see my arm in one of them, with the trusty compass I wear on my right wrist for when I'm not carrying my GPS. | The Google maps satellite view identified the hash as being in the middle of the carpark, but when I arrived, there was some building work going on, so it didn't look exactly as I'd expected. Plans
Just a ride down there after work. I don't usually carry my GPS with me, so this was located with some local knowledge, a Google map printout and compass.
Expedition
I only found out about Geohashing yesterday and after checking for the location of today's hash, I was surprised and delighted to find that it was just over three miles from home and easily visited on my evening commute. Better still, it was somewhere I've been before a number of times and I even have a photo to prove it!
