Remove this section if you don't want an image at the top (left) of your report.  You should remove the "Image:" or "File:"

tag from your image file name, and replace the all upper-case word IMAGE in the above line.

And DON'T FORGET to add your expedition and the best photo you took to the gallery on the Main Page! We'd love to read your report, but that means we first have to discover it! :)

Plans

My original plan was to stop there on my way to work. Then I enjoyed sleeping in too much. Then I planned to leave work right on time and make the stop on the way home.

It doesn't look to be very exciting, but I haven't had a reachable hashpoint in almost a month.

Expedition

I left work a little early and swung by a new geocache that was less than a quarter of a mile from work that the weather had kept me from.

After that I was on my way. Leaving work just those fifteen minutes early put me between a couple of rush times and I flew to the hash.

...and then past it. ...then back. Okay.

The odd item on the map turned out to be a driveway to nowhere. It looked like the land had been originally set for a house. It had a driveway that ended in gravel and then grass. I pulled into it and the hash was just feet away.

When I had turned around after driving past, I pulled up near a gas station. I could see it from the hashpoint, so I made a mental note to see if they had a squishy machine. So after the hash, I needed to go that way anyway, so I stopped. They DID!

I picked up a slushy and snapped some shots and I was back on my way home.

An easy hash with a squishy stop? I'll take it.

Tracklog

My tracklog is available in GPX and KMZ formats.
