Expedition
I examined this hashpoint using zillow and other "birds eye" maps, trying to determine if it was in a shared greenspace or other useful thing. It did not appear to be.
Hoping that perhaps the property would be for sale and I could "inspect" as a prospective buyer, I went for it anyways. But...

While there were 12 people at the game night, only three of them wanted to play Fortress America. I got through teaching the first turn when 9 people left in short succession - the quiet afterwards was eerie. Partway through the next turn, two more showed up and we ditched FA for another game - Heroes of the World
