It's pretty close, and I've got errands in that direction

But of course, just because you see a road on Google Maps, doesn't mean it's really there; and once you drive around the roadblock, and find the house, looking kind of empty and forlorn, you realize you're wearing grubby workclothes and driving a truck full of scrap, and it might not be wise to be seen prowling around in the yard..

so you call 30' to the north 'close enough' and make up for it with a more foolish grin than entirely necessary.....
