Location
In the foothills open space preserve, not too far from the road. Not sure if access can be obtained, but we're going to bike over there and check it out.

Plans
We plan to bike to the hash from Stanford campus, perhaps leaving around noon. It should take just a few hours round trip.
Expedition
So we departed just after noon sometime, and had a smooth bike ride along Page Mill. It was a bit warm, and a lot of uphill, and it was soon evident that our water would not suffice. Anyway, we arrived at the entrance to the Foothills Park and locked up our trusty steeds Johan Johansson and Sjätte, then commenced searching for the geocache I had found online before we left. After a quick search we found it, and signed the logbook. This was within 0.5km of the hashpoint, so we earned ourselves the Hash Collision Honorable Mention too, which is nice. We continued onward, joyously but not too harmoniously playing harmonica and tin whistle as we went. Before too long though the trail diminished to nothing. At this point, probably about 0.3 miles from the hash, we began the bushwhacking adventure. After a very long time of this, we finally arrived at the hashpoint, where we celebrated by finishing our water, playing some tunes, and of course juggling. I must say, juggling at a hashpoint in the middle of underbrush is a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Anyway, the way back wasn't as bad, mostly since we knew where we were going. The bike back, almost entirely downhill, was quite enjoyable and so we arrived home tired and scratched up, but quite pleased with what I'd call a bona fide geohashing adventure.
