At last! One hashpoint right within the city limits. Unknown zone.
Expedition
Drove there at dusk. Neighborhood seems not so welcoming. Potentially dangerous zone. The hashpoint was located in a landfill which was quickly transforming into a slum village, 20m from the street (Those are usually called "asentamientos" or "villas" here in Argentina).
Very poor people living here, not necessarily dangerous, but I didn't want to stay and find out. Took some proof, pictures, and got away quickly.
