Unexpected coincidence!
Location
Although the hash is only 11km away and right on a road, it takes a ferry to get there so it will take a little longer to get there...
Participants
- Bad Luck, I think this can be a drag along!
- Unsuspecting Hashers...
Expedition
This was one of those not crazy exciting hashes but a nice excuse to get out and about.
Of course we just miss the ferry but ... that's time to get a geocache! I need a bit of practice finding these I have been looking for one near work for weeks where the logs say "easy" :P
We drive around the coast to the hashpoint with the obligatory wrong turn thrown in. By now it is dark but the feint view of the fjord is very pretty.
I take a picture with my hashing souvenir for the day - [1]
On the way back we see a few people walking along the road, but decided not to freak them out by telling them what a special place it was today.
And then... a couple of days later... I told my friend from the area that I visited. After asking me where I went I showed him the screengrab. Turns out that's the same street his family all live on, with the hashpoint just outside his uncle's place. His parents live just up the street and would've gone right through!
