Location
Parking lot of "Rio" mall, just off Krymskaya MCC station.
Not sure if public access... at least, for pedestrians. Should be, though.

January First-of-May, maybe. Not sure what my plans are at the moment. Any other Moscow geohashers if they notice :-)
