Location
Parking lot of "Rio" mall, just off Krymskaya MCC station.
Not sure if public access... at least, for pedestrians. Should be, though.
Participants
January First-of-May, maybe. Not sure what my plans are at the moment.

If I go, take the MCC to Krymskaya, then walk to hash (assuming public access).
