The [[2012-03-28 34 -89]] geohash looks like a really nice one today.  From google maps, it looks like it's at the edge of some kind of man-made pond, which you can get to via a little trail that starts in a suburban neighborhood.  A few blocks away is what looks to be the ''most'' hole-in-the wall restaurant I've ever seen.  The only information I can find on the internet is the address and phone number.  But it's right in the middle of the suburbs, which is kinda weird?  We may stop by, grab some food to go, and have a picnic at the hash point.  So that's the optimistic outlook.<br/>

The pessimist in me, however, is thinking that this place is a super sketchy dive bar, the suburban neighborhood is sketchy and ghetto, the trail is overgrown with thorns and muddy, and the pond is a sewage reservoir.

Additionally, it contains two large Army Corps of Engineers reservoirs, for those of you who like water hazards.

Stop in and take a look around.

Also, check out the Memphis Graticule, as some users might be planning expeditions in the Oxford graticule.
