Expedition

Kat and I were planning to visit family in Rotterdam, and decided to go for this hash in Sliedrecht, which is sort of nearby. The town of Sliedrecht (population 25,000) is famous for being home to several large multinational companies active in dredging. It also hosts the National Dredging Museum (which is pretty interesting) and apparently even a yearly Dredging Festival. Our destination today had nothing to do with dredging, being in a park in the middle of a residential area. We drove to Sliedrecht, taking a detour through Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht because the A15 motorway was closed in the westbound direction. Once in Sliedrecht we parked the hashmobile and walked the remaining 150 metres or so towards the hash. We found the spot, took some pictures, and then went back on the road.

It's a nice park, but in some places it just looks like it was designed by someone drawing random shapes in MS Paint.
