The Renfrew graticule is at latitude 45, longitude -76.
On the Ontario side, it contains the eastern side of Refrew County and a number of small towns, including Renfrew, Arnprior and Carleton Place. On the Québec side, it contains the western part of Gatineau Park and a few Pontiac towns, such as Shawville, Fort-Coulonge, Campbell's Bay, Quyon, Luskville.
