Sanaga River Delta is a Graticule notable for being completely uninhabited, save for what appears to be a single farm or at minimum a stretch of cleared land near the western edge. It is near the cities of Limbe, Douala and Edea, but said cities do not appear to spill over into this graticule.
This would definitely win you a MNIMB Geohash if you were to visit an uninhabited stretch of African rain forest because a webcomic told you to.
