During my vacation, I’m travelling with my bicycle along the Rhine river. Today’s ride was Mannheim – Mainz (81 km). I arrived quite early in Mainz (it was supposed to rain, so I did not stop on my way).

Instead of spending the afternoon visiting the city, like a normal person would do, I took the first train to Bad Kreuznach with the intention to attend the Saturday meetup.

Unfortunately, Vlexx (what a great supervillain name) decided to thwart my plans and my train arrived 16 minutes late in Bad Kreuznach. I was unable to make up for lost time. The coordinates were reached at 18:09.

The geohash was located in the woods, near the hill ridge, about 30 metres from the path (both southwards and upwards).

I’ve read that the city is quite nice but I did not stay to confirm. After recording proof, I cycled quickly back to the train station and returned to Mainz.

Achievements
