Barely made it. Report coming who knows when.

Writing this ten weeks later – I had to reach this hash before we'd leave on a family trip to visit my sister in the afternoon. To save time, I planned to take the bus to Nahe and back again, but couldn't miss the connection or I'd delay our departure. So I boarded the bus there and then cycled 2 km to ''Itzstedter See'', the region's largest lake. The hash lay on an adjacent field, but when I reached the closest spot I found the field growing tall wheat, a fence, no tractor tracks in sight and much foot and bike traffic on the path. I wasn't keen on being seen trampling through the crops and also didn't have the time to carefully make my way without causing destruction, so I opted to cycle around the field and abandon the expedition if there was no opening. After scrambling down the bank to get a quick picture of the lake, I sped along the path and stopped at the field entrance on the other side, noticing how short on time I was. Easily usable tractor tracks lead toward the hashpoint. I jogged through the wheat and reached the coordinates after 200 m, just a few steps from the track. Thankfully nobody seemed to notice me. Hurriedly taking photos, I ran back to my bike and raced to the bus stop, where I arrived on time. The bus, however, was late.
