I was able to park a little ways away on Broadway and walked back toward Michigan to easily find the hash on the sidewalk. There's a city depot across the street where they store garbage trucks and get the plows ready for the snow. Today, they have a bunch of plows parked along the street next to the hash. I recall looking up GeoCaches nearby and there was one right around the corner, but for whatever reason I forgot about it.
