The outdoor parts of this kind of yards usually are open enough to the public on working days, since they contain many different companies who have visitors. *But* it's April 1st, Easter Monday, a public holiday, so very few to no companies will be working or receiving visitors.
Expedition
Arrived by train without issue, walked past the northern gate (which as I had assumed before to be delivery-traffic only, and it indeed was) to the southern one. The front gate was actually open, but past the initial building there was a second gate which was firmly locked. With it being a public holiday, as expected nobody around to ask to be let through.
