Plans

I have to both drop off and pick up artwork in Tel Aviv. Luckily both this point and 2024-06-18_31_34 are not too far away from bus stops, and I can take trains 90% of the way to each one. So I'll pick up the artwork and then attempt both hashes while lugging it around.

Expedition

Swimmingly.

The only complication was that I didn't realize just *how* big one of the prints was. So I got onto the train lugging three paintings inside a plastic bag and an enormously blown-up photograph outside it. When I arrived in the Hof Hacarmel train station I took the bus to Tirat Hacarmel (there was brief GPS jamming mid-route but not enough to cause issues). Get off the bus, walk one block to the point.

The hashdance was a little bit weird this time; it kept bouncing around, sending me first in one direction, then another, then a third before I was finally certain that I was within the circle of uncertainty.

The only complication was getting on the bus back to the train station; Moovit first claimed that it was 45 minutes until the next bus, then 20, then 45 again, then 10 - and the electronic sign at the bus stop was equally random and unhelpful. Between that and the weird hashdance I'm guessing Tirat Hacarmel is on the edge of Haifa's GPS jamming zone, and intermittent jamming was confusing things for everybody.

Anyway, when the bus did after all arrive, I took it back to the train station, train to Tel Aviv, switch trains to Beit Shemesh for the second half of my multihash.
