Our first (potential) candidate - Brett at 2008-09-03 40 -85 on September 3 2008. Found by Thomcat 18:27, 5 September 2008 (UTC).

There are way more, if you look at August there are 11 days where there was only 1 report. Even my multihash fits the rules.--Arvid 19:11, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Will check again. On the day of your bicycle multihash there was another (2008-08-25 49 17) so it doesn't fit. --Thomcat 19:39, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

I think Arvid is right. I created day meetup categories for many days that didn't have them, and many had only one. I would be surprised if I have not earned this one. -Robyn 03:40, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
